Purpose of Data Collection
Before each draw we upload the list of valid entries (name and ticket number) to random.org, which publishes a public record of the draw including the winner’s name and the full entry list. Winning ticket numbers are announced on our live draw streams and the winner’s name, town and (with their permission) photo are published on our Winners page and social media. We do this so that everyone can see that draws are fair.
We collect and process your data for the following purposes:
- To manage competition entries and notify winners.
- To fulfill orders, including processing payments.
- For marketing and analytical purposes to improve our services and user experience.
- To publish entrants lists and conduct fair draws via a third-party service, random.org.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: To fulfill competition entries, process payments, and determine winners.

- Payment Processors: PayPal and Cashflows, for secure payment processing.
- Third-Party Draw Service: random.org, for publicly accessible competition draws.
- Analytics and Advertising Providers: Google (Analytics 4, Ads, Tag Manager) and Meta (Pixel), subject to your cookie choices.
We also share personal data with: our email and SMS marketing platform (Klaviyo); our website developer and hosting provider (Think Digital Marketing); our advertising and reporting agency; couriers and insurers when delivering prizes; our professional advisers; and HMRC, regulators or the police where the law requires. Some of these providers are based outside the UK (random.org in Ireland; Google, Meta and Klaviyo in the United States).
